THE frantoio
The Costa degli Etruschi has been producing olive oil for centuries. Tuscan olive oil was produced in oil mills called frantoi (frantoio is singular) that were scattered all over the territory. And it still is. One of these mills was in the Borgo San Martino. The building that produced the renowned Tuscan olive oil for generations has now been transformed into a high-end resort with 8 apartments.
The apartments are furnished with natural materials, typical of the houses of the area, and are equipped with everything you need to spend a holiday with the people you love, in a place that you will not easily forget.
THE APARTMENTS OF THE FRANTOIO
Con una superficie di circa 35 m², i nostri Monolocali rappresentano la soluzione ideale per coppie o piccoli nuclei fino a 4 persone che cercano un soggiorno intimo e funzionale. Situati sia al piano terra che al primo piano, offrono ambienti pratici e accoglienti pensati per un soggiorno indipendente.
La disposizione interna comprende un unico spazio con soggiorno dotato di angolo cottura completamente attrezzato, un letto matrimoniale, un divano e un bagno privato con doccia e bidet.
Ogni appartamento è climatizzato e dotato di riscaldamento, TV satellitare a schermo piatto, zona pranzo e armadio. Alcuni Monolocali regalano anche una piacevole vista sul giardino, per vivere appieno l’atmosfera rilassante del Borgo.
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT
With a surface area of approximately 50 m², the two-room apartments offer welcoming and functional spaces, ideal for couples, families or small groups of up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor and first floor, they consist of a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a private bathroom with shower and bidet.
Some ground floor apartments also have a reserved outdoor space with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors.
The apartments on the first floor offer a view of the garden, immersed in the quiet of the village.
Each two-room apartment is air conditioned and equipped with heating, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, a seating area and a wardrobe.
The kitchen includes hob, refrigerator, microwave and utensils, crockery and cutlery, for an independent and comfortable stay.
TWO BEDROOMS APARTMENT
The Three-room Apartments, with a surface area of approximately 60–65 m², are perfect for large families or groups of friends of up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, they also have a small private outdoor space, ideal for convivial moments or for relaxing outdoors.
The internal layout includes a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower and bidet.
The spacious and bright rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, flat-screen satellite TV, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is complete with hob, fridge, microwave oven and utensils, to manage lunches and dinners independently.
