The Tonfoni family and their farm were a reference in the local economy. Their importance is demonstrated by the size of the granary that was used to store the harvest.
The granary serves now as a residential building welcoming families and couples in 16 small apartments, furnished with a simple but refined style, in harmony with the surroundings and with the history of the walls.
The place where once the big family of the Borgo stored its grains can now be the perfect choice for yours to spend a wonderful holiday.
THE APARTMENTS OF THE GRANAIO
STUDIO
With approximately 35 m² of surface area, the Granaio Studios are designed for those who want an intimate and functional environment, ideal for couples or small groups of up to four people. Positioned on both the ground floor and the first floor, they combine practicality and comfort in spaces with attention to detail.
The interiors consist of a single room with a living area equipped with an equipped kitchenette, a double bed, a sofa and a private bathroom with shower and bidet.
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, flat-screen satellite TV, dining area and wardrobe. Some units overlook the garden or the swimming pool, while the studio apartments on the ground floor have a small outdoor space furnished with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation immersed in the quiet of the village.
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT
With a surface area of approximately 50 m², the two-room apartments offer the ideal solution for families, couples or small groups looking for larger spaces without giving up hospitality. Distributed between the ground floor and first floor, they guarantee comfort and independence for relaxing stays in Tuscany.
The internal layout includes a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a separate double bedroom and a private bathroom with shower and bidet.
Some two-room apartments on the ground floor have a private outdoor area with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or breaks, while those on the upper floors offer views of the garden or swimming pool, for a stay surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
